The Site presents the business of SBDistribution, a distributor of technical products for surfing, bodyboarding, skateboarding and the beach, as well as the brands it develops and distributes and its network of retailers. The Site does not allow online purchases: sales to professionals are made on the B2B portal (b2b.sbdistribution.fr), which is governed by its own legal notice and general terms of sale, and sales to consumers are made on the brands’ own online stores.

The structure of the Site, its texts, graphics, photographs, videos, logos and databases are protected by copyright, trademark law and database law. The brands, names and visuals of the products presented belong to their respective owners; their presence on the Site grants no right over them.
