These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the sbdistribution.fr website (the “Site”), published by SB DISTRIBUTION, an EURL with a share capital of [TO BE COMPLETED: amount] €, whose registered office is at 251 avenue des Menuisiers, 40150 Soorts-Hossegor, registered with the Dax Trade and Companies Register under no. 500 821 400 (“SBDistribution”). By browsing the Site, you accept these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site is a showcase site: it provides information about the business of SBDistribution, the brands it develops and distributes, and its network of retailers. It does not allow online ordering or payment. Sales to professionals are made on the B2B portal (b2b.sbdistribution.fr), which is subject to its own general terms of sale; sales to consumers are made on the brands’ own online stores, which are subject to their own terms.
2. Access to the Site
The Site can be accessed free of charge by any user with an Internet connection. Access and equipment costs remain the user’s responsibility. SBDistribution may, at any time and without notice, suspend, modify or interrupt access to all or part of the Site, in particular for maintenance, without incurring any liability.
3. Use of the Site
The user undertakes to use the Site in accordance with its purpose and with applicable regulations. In particular, it is prohibited to:
- disrupt or attempt to disrupt the operation of the Site (intrusion, overloading, automated data extraction);
- reproduce, distribute or exploit the content of the Site other than as provided for in Article 5;
- use the contact form to send unsolicited, fraudulent or unlawful messages.
4. Retailers and interactive map
The “Our retailers” page lists points of sale and organisations that are independent of SBDistribution. Their contact details, opening hours and positions on the map are given for information only and may be inaccurate or change; it is up to the user to check them before travelling. The “Near me” function uses, with your permission, your device’s location within your browser only. Map backgrounds and directions are provided by third-party services (OpenStreetMap, Google Maps) subject to their own terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and all of its elements (texts, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, databases, software) are the property of SBDistribution or its partners and are protected by intellectual property law. The brands and visuals presented belong to their respective owners. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited and constitutes infringement. Browsing the Site for strictly private, non-commercial use is permitted.
6. Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites. SBDistribution has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, practices or availability. Linking to the Site is free for deep and text links; any other form (framing, reproduction of content) requires the written consent of SBDistribution.
7. Liability
SBDistribution endeavours to ensure that the information published is accurate and up to date, without guaranteeing that it is exhaustive or free from errors. Use of the Site is at the user’s sole risk. SBDistribution cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from access to the Site, its use or the inability to access it, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, and subject to mandatory rules of jurisdiction, any dispute relating to the Site falls under the jurisdiction of the courts within whose jurisdiction the registered office of SBDistribution is located.
